Martha Mariam Samajam is the Women's wing of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church of India. It is one of the major spiritual organization of the church, combining all the female members.

The primary goal of the Martha Mariam Samajam is the spiritual development of the women in our church. The monthly prayer meetings and Bible study held every month, and praying for the sick, are only a part of the process to reach spiritual fulfilment in our daily lives. All women's participation is solicited in the life of the Martha Mariam Samajam. To conduct prayer groups, to lead prayer, Bible classes, fellowship meetings, and to preach the gospel. To enhance spiritual practices, observing Lent, and other religious practices, bringing up children, etc., attempts to find out more Sunday school teachers with a commitment to Christ.
Chain Prayer for Students: The Samajam conducts a chain prayer for children appearing for their 10th and 12th Board examinations, offering spiritual support and blessings on their exam days.
Weekly Pickle Sale: A weekly pickle sale is held after the Holy Qurbana during the Lenten season. The proceeds support the charitable and community activities of the Samajam.
School Books Collection Drive: As part of its mission to help the needy, the Samajam collects reusable school books from CBSE and Kerala syllabi. Members and well-wishers are encouraged to contribute once the exam period is over.
